What was once a well oiled call center machine...is no to say the least a nightmare to beneficaries..

Worked through three company sell offs..Pears sold to Vangent who sold to GDIT..While Vangent were squeezes in their own right...GDIT has gutted the Medicare program. No loyalty at any level..all useful, helpful info has been removed from scripting, where 10 years ago we were actually helping people..now it's just a huge merry go round. ..more worried about a quota of I'm sorrys...call volume monitored closely and csrs pulled from their ...work to assist with incoming calls..no raise in almost 8 years...military contractors have no business working Federal healthcare contracts...micro managed to death...upper management are blood thirsty to say the least...to become all lines of business is nearly impossible as GDIT does not cross train so where any question could be answered by any csr...this no longer is possible. .have exhausted the gene pool of possible employees for at least 100 mile radius around Lawrence...
