Everyone that works here from the CEO to new entry level employees feel very down to earth and friendly. This creates a great atmosphere for your ideas to be heard and make a difference instead of feeling like you are just another cog in a large wheel. The attitude and potential of the company make it feel very exciting. A good work-life balance is promoted and extra benefits like free gym membership nearby, free lunch once per month are a plus.

Given that it is a small company, you are often asked to wear a lot of hats, which some people may find difficult or non-preferable. Compensation may be a bit lower than market, but in my opinion is out-weighed by the pros specified above. Also given the fast-moving industry, you may have to be flexible in shifting priorities.
