Pros
Very few, a number of loyal staff. Good engineers.
Cons
Too much pressure without any support mechanism being in place. Staff have been reduced to tears. On one occasion, I had to share an Hotel room with a fellow member of staff whilst at an exhibition in London. When we complained, we were told "tough" The training and support is very poor and it is all about results and promises of bonuses that are never paid and continually denied. Poor Customer retention. All calls both in and out are recorded to and listened to by. How sad, but shows the lack of trust between Management and staff. No career progression opportunities. Poor quality products and poor stock management. Sadly, one to avoid.
