Colleagues are great for the most part Get to work directly with clients Decent amount of autonomy

Cons

Lots of repairs have needed and still need to be done (lighting, heating/cooling, floors) Upper management has been known to fire without notice on a Friday at the end of the day (terrible for a mental health company). Company has been known to not pay bills on time which delays or cancels opportunities.

Cons

Just about everything else, they overwork and burn you out. they are racist to the clients, they have no safety plans. they will do anything for a check. money over everything else.
