Pros
Good group of people, but we're rapidly loosing the good ones and keeping those that are mediocre or just there because it's convenient.
Cons
Middle management is terrible, most barely understand their jobs let alone the jobs of their team. Middle management is so concerned about looking good to senior management that they openly steal their team's work and pass it off as their own, until a mistake is made and then it is all the teammember's fault. Most of us that aren't job hunting are awaiting our package.
