Pros

The company offers summer Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Plus it gives a recharge day off. Aside from that, the work/life balance is great. Most people clock out on time.

Cons

I’ve received better benefits with other employers. Theirs are nothing to rave about. I think it’s the bare minimum.

You’re able to work with nice people

Cons

This company is ridiculous. They mandated three days in office. Yet? Nobody shows up still but then if you have a dentists appointment you have to let your superior know two weeks in advance. The computers are still absolute dog water. They had a town hall specifying that they’re above 1.35 AUM but yet employees and directors and principals have to continue using laptops from 2007? Make it make sense. The actual software that the company uses is also just terrible and lags for an hour or two at least twice a day. But if you bring it up they’ll just ignore you and then get upset why it takes so long for xyz file to be downloaded. Do better
