Working with local employee's in the field.

Cons

Senior management are aware of poor behaviour on mine sites yet fail to act, keeping employees in jobs that are racist and sexist which has a negative affect on others.

Good to start a career.

Cons

Working with indian nacionals is not easy. almost all of the top management in their mining operations companies in AFRICA are indians nacionals. In my humble opinion they should change that, giving opportunities to the nacional professionals to lead the companies.
