Short work days, 8 hours. If your a hermit like me, the 4 person shift per plant is nice. Very good benefits and great bonus programs

Bad training, outdated equipment, lack of team morale. Maintanece seemed pretty clueless so don't be surprised when everything falls apart. They are not open to much criticism (or at least who trained me) about how to adapt a better work flow that reduces the load on us. They tried having us work 2 extra days off by working weekends to make up for Thanksgiving holiday, which would've been double time. If you get in and you feel like a slave, get out. I was hoping to move upto maintanence but after seeing who leads it, and what they were unable to grasp mechanically, I don't wanna be biting my teeth all day as I work.
