Poor management - Supervisor Gelato Messina Employee Review

Poor management. Manager does whatever they want, asks staff to come In earlier so they can leave and clock off later Head office people are useless. Made rules we had to follow during covid. Eg. Only 5 people allowed in store. No sign in no gelato. These rules resulted with a lot of angry customers and complaints, of course the staff got all the blame for following orders from head office.
