They will assign provider Scribe that not trained. Every thing is learn as you go.
Cons
Overbilling Medicare patients. Disorganized. High provider turnover. Terrible training. Don't pay you the actual money on contract. Change your pay and company policies without employees agree on renewing their contract. Dosen't provide good care to the patient due to poor patient endorsement in between providers
