Pros

Good pay and free health insurance.

Cons

Retirement plan promised at hiring never materialized after multiple years. Bonuses that were supposed to be based on revenue often never materialized because the owner decided on a whim that people didn't deserve them. Pay was often late because the owner refused to hand off payroll to anyone else and regularly did not complete the submission. Employees were threatened, illegally, not to ever discuss pay or they would be fired. Owner is extremely aggressive and hard to please. After working there for some time it became obvious why there was so much turn over in staff.

Pros

Geiger Wealth is one of the most generous and professional companies in the market. Geiger Wealth pays one of the highest salaries in the market, including a performance bonus every year. They care about their employees and treat them with consideration when family and personal events touch their lives. Geiger Wealth has a completely paid health care program with Blue Cross Blue Shield Platinum PPO. The freedom and autonomy that you find at Geiger Wealth is very unusual, you feel like part of the family. Geiger Wealth gives you two weeks paid vacation each December, and also free days for personal and family matters. Geiger Wealth offers an opportunity to grow, learn and to build a long-term career.

Cons

Very demanding in terms of Client Service and bonus performance. Also, you have to be very accurate in terms of your work. Be professional and respectful to clients and co-workers. In some cases, these demands could be a challenge for some employees who are not prepared or do not have enough experience for the position.
