Senior Consultant - Senior Consultant Gattaca Employee Review

It's great to see someone from our Malaysia office submitting this review, and such a positive one too. I've personally visited the office in KL and it does have a very friendly atmosphere. With the move to your new shiny offices in KL, it's bound to be a great working environment as well. As you will know, career and self development is fundamental to who we are at Gattaca. So much so that 'Develop' is one of the three pillars to our Employment Value Proposition here. It is difficult for locations with small numbers of employees to give the same level of training as those offices with larger numbers. For our smaller offices then we tend to source for a local trainer or send one of our UK trainers over for a concentrated week or two of training. This isn't ideal. To resolve this we have recently signed up for a new online Learning Management System which will support us with rolling out development initiatives globally. It will also support individuals to collaborate on learning. We are planning on launching this in the first quarter of our next financial year, (around October 2018). So, watch this space.
