None. Poor wages, poor management, poor treatment of workers, almost no time off
Cons
I worked at the facility for many years. The owners were disrespectful to staff because they could, paid their master level clinicians so poorly it was shameful, and offered almost no time off. They should be closed for worker violations. They had forced overtime. I hope someone sues them eventually.
