Pros
The students and their families were the best part of the job. I also keep in touch with a few former families and one or two former coworkers.
Cons
Expectations too high for the pay They never wanted staff to get a full 40hrs/week. Always over ratio when I came in at 7 am Over ratio until other teachers started coming in around 8 am, without any help If I asked for help, I was told to "hold on" Constantly shifting children around in order to stay in ratio. Always having to explain to parents at pick-up where their children were and why they were not in class with me. The list goes on and on but I will stop here.
