Pros
Great atmosphere to work in, great team members and client teams as well. Working at Gatesman there was a lot of opportunity to collaborate with other teams to maximize project efficiency. Many opportunities to work on different projects and clients of interest. Gatesman also provides a lot of internal learning opportunities to help expand the agency's knowledge of the most up to date trends within the industry.
Cons
There were times that communication between internal teams would be unclear and inconsistent. Due to high volume of projects and work being completed, there were times team members would ignore process and procedure which would then lead to inconsistencies and mistakes within the project.
