The IT department lacks both leadership and accountability for delivering anything. Leadership sets ambiguous directions or goals and then are overlycritical about the progress or results and blame the team. Senior Management is not interested in the sucess or growth of their employees. The majority of senior management have consultants full time or part time to actually run the teams.
