      Pros

      You never work alone in the stores which makes getting robbed less likely

      Cons

      Store Managers have to work 6 days a week and only allowed 1 weekend off a month and only if your store has good audits. Supervisors are supposed to offer support but do not from the outside looking in great company from inside looking out awful.
