Pros
Not a single damn pro other than the short changed paycheck
Cons
-The free lunches they prepare for employees loose dogs wouldn't eat -No raises only promises of yearly raises and then they purposely grade your performance as low so that they don't have to give raises -Managers do not care about employees. They encourage you to quit. -No accountability -It doesn't matter how you do it as long as it gets done crappy or not. -Sexual harassment runs rampant -No upward mobility -HR always helps the GM never the employees -They do not promote from within ever, and when they do they give - you only a 5% increase. They would rather bring in someone who knows nothing and pay them more. Then have you train them although you don't "qualify". -They hate women and don't promote women. They feel women are too emotional.
