Pros
Team members with in the facility are some of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with.
Unlimited overtime - with zero supervision (No Managers would come in for OT)
They used to do everything they could to not lay anyone off and have you painting walls if need be - not the case anymore (I was there during 3 layoff, two of which they dumped their entire senior staff of Mechanics)
Cons
Management has always been terrible at this company.
VP Staff is only in the position because of their seniority with the company and not due to their leadership skills.
I was there during 3 CEO changes, all whom were family members who didn't want to run the business.
The only thing consistent about this company was Mistakes. In planning scheduling, manufacturing, and engineering. Everything was fixed on the fly in the Assembly room.
This is all Family politics in this place, If they have a useless family member that needs a job they basically make him a Manager in this place. Be ready for that if you want to work here for barely minimum wage.
In the 5 years I was there they invested zero money into equipment and were/still are using equipment from the 1940's.
