Pros
Hard to find... brand name... Sales methodology and training is good. Hiring process is good, prepares you for interviews with Google etc.
Cons
Australian management, no scope to grow. Highest staff turn around I have seen or heard in my 20years experience. How much emphasis they put in hiring, should put same in retaining and managing. All mates became managers who are promoted without qualifications and merit which is reflected in poor leadership qualities. Bad name in Australia within recruitment due to high staff turnover
