Pros

Good salary and extra benifits

Cons

Poor code quality Code is never reviewed and doesnot have any quality gate to block it. Most of the code is garbage. You need to clean everything before u start doing anything. No work life balance. You need to work till late IST to match US timezone. India team doesnot have any control on the projects. All decisions are being taken from US. You need to wait till evening for simple confirmation from US team. No permissions given to india team and are allowed to work in silos. No proper management. Everything is time based with unrealistic deadlines. People don't work as a team. They are asked to work on individual tasks. India team is not part of any agile practices or meetings. US team takes part in all refinement, retros and reviews. India team just works as labourer to complete things and go for sleep. Scrum is not followed in proper manner. No continiuous integration. Someone's kid will commit and go and your entire day will be lost in finding the issue. Pls don't join this company. Might be other projects are handled good. But the one I worked on is real mess. The project management sucks and they don't value you.

Pros

- Great health benefits and salary - A few great colleagues - Talk a lot about inclusion but this has slowly been falling to the wayside - I have been struggling the write this for some time as I wish there were more positive things to say

Cons

- Leadership that does not see anyone or anything but themselves - The company has been imploding for a while lying to the public and the street - Killing off the research model has been the final decision that has made many decide to look elsewhere (including me) - Lay off after lay off has created a culture of fear
