Pros
-Plenty of opportunities for promotions (unfortunately raises are now capped and increases are limited to 10-15% -Generous PTO (could treat everyone as adults though and allow Work From Home)
Cons
-Very few women in senior management (only 1 of 12 direct reports to CEO is a women and she is head of HR), too many white men in high level positions -ESPP is a joke, why not offer stock options to every employee instead of just senior management (the lowest employees pay a higher tax rate because of this) -Metrics are out of control and aren't accurate when determining "top performers", it would be interesting to see senior leadership try to be a service associate for a year and where they would rank. -
