Terrible company to work for - CNC Operator Gardner Metal Systems Employee Review

Bigoted company and staff. I was terminated all because I had been harassed multiple times and upon reporting the issue to a supervisor I was terminated because its easier to terminate the guy who has been harassed by 2 of there employees who had been there longer than me than to actually address the harassment issue and deal with it.
