      Pros

      Company has great potential and sells some cool product.

      Cons

      Family run business comes with its challenges. Everything is personal and leadership is hypocritical. They say they want change and yet nothing changes. CEO spends hours on end in meeting discussing how great he is and not focusing on actual business needs. There is absolutely zero trust in employees. Accountability is applicable to everyone buy leadership.

      Pros

      A rapidly growing company with a very fast paced work environment. Never a dull moment! Sky is the limit in terms of career opportunity. Great company culture that encourages "all in" attitude. Direct access to management and the CEO/COO. Ability to express ideas and directly affect change.

      Cons

      As a small team, there is limited bandwidth. High demand to get the job done.

      The quality of the product is pretty top notch!

      Cons

      Had some pretty interesting experiences with the owner in my time there. Not sure how it's being run a the moment, but the owner had a heavy hand in everything and it wasn't always healthy or productive.
