We make a lot of effort to make sure our employees feel good about working with us. We’re sorry to hear that your expectations about remote work were not met. We have a hybrid work format and a flexible working schedule as well. We believe a hybrid format is better for productive working (sharing ideas, solving problems) and for the atmosphere in each team. It’s unfortunate that you haven’t seen the level of growth you anticipated within our company. To help our people grow, we implemented Personal Development Plans (PDP), an essential step towards developing your knowledge and skills. It’s available to everyone in the company. We also support seven communities within our company that focus on growth and development in specialised fields. We hope that the design community will join them on a regular basis. We regret that you are lacking transparency in the company. You can always approach your Team Lead, HR, or even our CEO to get more information on the issue you are interested in or worries you.
