Friendly and collaborative culture, results only work environment, depending on where you are in the company, it moves pretty quickly for a giant corporation (really depends on where you are in the company, not the same at all the brands)
Cons
Teh pay isnt very competitive for san francisco California, decisions are not always well communicated from the senior management levels onto the rest.
