      Company is constantly implementing new ideas that sounds good in theory but fail miserably in practice. They are always trying to reinvent the wheel instead of going back to the basics. The amount of payroll they give to run the store is laughably small

      Great interesting work. Lots of smart capable leaders that encourage innovation and exploration.

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy. Sometimes difficult to solve simple problems due to the amount of hoops engineers have to jump through.
