      Its a nice company for someone to start somewhere as first steps in his carrer and learn lots of stuff

      Its operating like a start up company. Witch means, you can stay and learn some things there, for about 6 - 12 months roughly. There is no evolve in this company, you stuck up in the position you are hired and the salary is meh ....
