My experience with the company did not meet expectations. Communication was often slow or unclear, and there was a lack of transparency around important decisions. I found it difficult to get timely support when issues arose, and processes sometimes felt disorganized. While some team members were professional and helpful, the overall experience was frustrating.

There is considerable room for improvement in communication, management, and employee support.
