My experience with the company was disappointing. I encountered communication issues and felt that important information was not always provided clearly or in a timely manner. The process was often confusing, and I found it difficult to get answers to questions when needed. While some aspects of the company may work well for others, my experience did not meet expectations.

I believe improvements in transparency, communication, and overall organization would greatly benefit employees and candidates.
