Low entry standards. Foot in the door for government jobs.
Cons
This company markets itself as a resource for job seekers with disabilities, but has absolutely no desire to do anything but use them as cash cows. It’s impossible to get HR to answer emails, the health insurance is ridiculously bad/impossible to get considering they specifically recruit people with health problems. This firm is like every other temp firm: an office sweat shop.
