Residents are nice. Every now and then they give you pizza parties like back in grade school.
Cons
No chance to move up, meet people who've worked there 7+ years and still not upper level. Chump change raises, like 20 cents per yearly evaluation. Over Worked a lot of the employees there have more than one job.
