First and foremost, the management's disregard for employee health and well-being is alarming. Despite their claims, it's evident they lack genuine concern for their employees' welfare. The Health & Well-being department, in particular, has been a major letdown. Their apparent negligence is reflected in their consistent failure to respond to inquiries, making it incredibly challenging to seek assistance or clarification when needed. The lack of responsiveness demonstrates a severe lack of accountability and professionalism. Moreover, I am disheartened to report that the company seems to discriminate against individuals with disabilities. This is unacceptable in any workplace and goes against the principles of inclusivity and fairness that should be upheld by any reputable organization. Furthermore, the team communication within Gallo Glass, particularly in the Health & Well-being department, is abysmal. It's frustrating to note instances where employees fail to relay messages to their managers and neglect communication altogether In conclusion, my experience with Gallo Glass has been marred by inadequate management practices, a disregard for employee well-being, and poor team communication. It is my hope that these issues are addressed promptly to create a more supportive and inclusive work environment.
