Pros
Supervisor was trying to be fair. However her Manager was not accepting reasonable steps to help staff with issues that involve timing with assisting client being 5 minutes on a call as a required metric. Always feel that you are rushing them off the call rather than fully assisting the Insurance Group we assisted.
Cons
Working in an environment that expects calls to be answered with 5 minutes elping/assisting Insurance Sales/Group in five minutes is not practical and not very helpful to this group requesting assistance. The metric of 5 minutes should be discussed to be more appropriate for the requirement of the job. Not everyone is able to do this. Also, please state this in the interview as a requirement. Example: Assisting with credit card info. with person who had to select a credit card that works. (Resolve in 5 minutes?)
