A true value for family and that is echoed in their flexible time policies.
Cons
The interview process was far too long, but I did get a chance to speak with almost everyone that I would interface with on a daily basis. However, my employer certainly raised an eyebrow when I asked for multiple days off, so this is certainly an area for improvement in terms of attracting new employees. I almost gave up on them, but I am grateful I did not. The organization seems resistant to change but with any sales organization you must keep the "WIIFM?" in mind and sell your ideas appropriately.
