Pros

Competitive pay, great reputation with customers, good products, give you a good amount of weapons to get the job done

Cons

Micro-managed to the bone, no work life balance, a history of huge mistakes and bad decisions, very antiquated business philosophy, very slow to change, R & D never produces anything but OTC products and branded me-too

Phenomenal communication, excellent transparency throughout the process things were timely and smooth, and everyone was a pleasure to speak with very informative

Certain decisions require global alignment, which can sometimes extend timelines. Operating within a global structure may require additional coordination across teams. Opportunities exist to continue streamlining processes and clarifying ownership.
