      Pros

      The pay is good and you really get to work on a variety of stuff that contributes to the platform. The team is small, but everyone's nice.

      Cons

      Nothing much, except maybe that you will be expected to devote a lot of time since it's a startup and thing move around quickly.

      Extremely talented and entertaining co-workers. Be a part of new and exciting technological advancement in the Auto-Insurance Industry. Amazing office space near Harvard Sq. in Cambridge.

      Pros

      The non-managerial staff is absolutely incredible. The team is cutting edge, incredibly intelligent and capable of exploring cutting-edge technology.

      Cons

      The leadership has complete autonomy in all facets with little transparency or communication to the direction or state of the company. So, even with the great team under management - there is no strategic vision so most efforts made by the team are seemingly useless and reactive.
