Pros
The pay structure is good, especially if you are hired for a critical position. Salary is paid on time, and there are also bonuses and gifts. HR team was approachable in case of any concerns. Admin and IT team are also helpful. The senior management are friendly and generally helpful. It helps more if you are a long term employee in the organisation.
Cons
Long term employees often take short cuts to approach senior management and byepass the plans and decisions taken by leads or project managers. Most of the projects are in one business domain and more projects are now being executed with client's management supervision. Project Managers will not get much growth opportunities as the top management positions are saturated and new projects are for technical team members only. Work life balance may not be possible as conference calls etc are in US time zone friendly hours. The company has a history of going through many ups and downs, with up phase seeing high hirng and down phase leading to firings.
