Pros
I have a longstanding relationship with Gabriele and initially started working for them in 2008 (10 years ago!) Since then, life has happened and taken me to different countries and different roles, but I always find myself back at Gabriele (this is my 3rd time back) which speaks for itself really!
Working at Gabriele has always been glorious, I can't speak highly enough of our Owner - she is amazing and really cares about her employees and she understands that a healthy work / life balance promotes positivity, motivation and a better work ethic. We work hard and we play hard. The team is cohesive and feels like family - that is the culture of Gabriele and it filters down right from the top . Your strengths are celebrated and you are supported in the way you like to work and if you need help with anything, no problems, the time is taken to assist you and this really builds your confidence as an employee and also helps you grow professionally and personally. You are seen and treated as an individual, which has always been very important to me.
I count myself very lucky to be a part of the Gabriele family... they really care... about their employees, our candidates and our clients and that is rather rare in the recruitment field. Everyone is treated with the utmost respect and that's why Gabriele has been around for as long as it has and why it is such a successful company. I highly recommend Gabriele as a great place to work and to work with.
