Pros
- Huge Growth Opportunity: Gabi is still small enough where there are a lot of opportunities for you to learn, develop, and hone new skills. It's been the biggest growth opportunity in my career thus far. There is never a dull moment! - Flat Organization: From C-level down, all management is involved with practically every aspect of the company. No job is too small for anyone to do (this can be problematic but has mostly been a plus). There is a "one-team" mentality where we are all working together towards achieving our goals. - Job Security: The company is doing really well and the marketing team is an integral part to the growth of the company. Oftentimes job security is usually unstable at startups, but I feel very confident in the trajectory that Gabi is heading towards. - Flexible WFH: Prior to COVID company has been very open to WFH
Cons
- Workload is Heavy: On the flip side of huge growth opportunity it comes with a lot of responsibilities and can be hard to manage prioritize workload. - High Expectations: Gabi is still young and growing. Expectations and goals are high as there is still a lot at stake for the company to succeed.
