This employee was promoted to become the supervisor of the department. Part of the supervisory role is to follow the company systems and processes, adhere to the company policies as outlined in the employee handbook, and train employees. They were sent to supervisory training through Capital Associated Industries.
Unfortunately this employee was not able to adhere to the policies as outlined in the company handbook and was unable to train the team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Setting clear guidelines and processes is required in this role to ensure consistent customer service experience.
