Pros
I joined GXO a few months back after getting a call from Jo in relation to a role I applied for over Linkedin. There has been so many pros;
-Recruitment process - Jo was clear in explaining the role to me, the benefit's and where she feels I could add value, she took the time to learn my experience and not just go bye what was on the CV. She also kept me regularly updated even when it was just a call to say "we're still awaiting a decision", that update and keeping candidates like myself in the loop is critical and really helped settle my nerves throughout the process.
-Culture-I personally have slotted into the company really well, I find it's easy to do so when your bosses treat you like an adult and give you freedom to do your work without constant barriers.
-Benefits and Perks- Endless, the organisation does all it can to ensure staff have access to many resources. Really refreshing.
Cons
I can't pinpoint anything as a "con" so far, I am very fortunate to have settled in the team I have.
