Pros

Ciao! Thank you for this review, and I especially love that you wrote it in your native language (translation below for readers) - it shows we have such an incredibly diverse and inclusive culture at GWI! It's also great to hear about your career progression into a CSM role through both learning and leadership opportunities. Supporting internal mobility and career development is really important to us, and it's lovely that you've had the space to grow. All the best to you in your future with us as well! Best, Stevie Talent Attraction Manager (Translation of original message): Pros: Although I have worked for them for less than 2 years I have learnt a lot. I have lead on webinars of various levels, nurtured a consistent portfolio, understood how to handle customers engagement. Cons: There have been cuts that have led to reorgs and to workflow reorganization, but in general this has led to my own growth and I was able to move from a support role to a CSM role.

Pros

Great place to gain valuable professional experience, work with well-known brands, and develop skills that are highly transferable to future roles.

Cons

The GWI I joined and the GWI I left felt like two very different companies. Over the years, the culture declined significantly, and many teams became increasingly disconnected. Collaboration was often difficult, and some colleagues displayed entitled and unprofessional behavior that made the work environment challenging. Career growth opportunities were limited, and compensation did not always reflect the responsibilities and expectations placed on employees. In recent years, leadership appeared heavily focused on AI initiatives and cost-cutting measures, which created uncertainty and negatively impacted morale. Frequent layoffs and restructures made many employees feel undervalued and replaceable. While I gained valuable experience and worked with some talented individuals, I would encourage leadership to invest more in employee development, culture, and transparency.
