Cons
Poor management
-At the time of this review some team leaders were straight out of university and have no leadership experience. (NZ division)
-Senior management demotes under performing staff and removes their responsibilities making them manual laborers. Forcing them out. Without any communication.
- Minimal communication between design team and other departments and causes problems for production line.
-At the time of this review 1 HR personnel was hired after 15 years
-Electrical and Mechanical assembly teams excluded from production meetings
-Senior management doesn't listen to feedback from departments on improving components and issues continue for years due to negligence.
Health and Safety is lacking
-No Hi Vis in factory/ plant in NZ division
-Forklift driver doesn't honk horn around corners.
-No 2-meter exclusion zone when using forklift to lift crates high up.
Lack of tool control, tools go missing
-Gossip culture
-Hires anyone, Have hired recent former gang members
-Minimal to no pay rises, After 1 to 2 years maybe there is a pay rise.
CEO got demoted
Poor storage system / component control
-Where everything is mess and components are lost or missing.- Counterpart system flawed as no one updates changes and those that do have since left or is leaving
