We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience at GTT. The extremely fast pace at GTT can sometimes create pressure situations, and we encourage all employees and managers to build open, supportive relationships where challenges can be worked through and faced as a team. We also encourage employees to escalate concerns to our Human Resources department or higher levels within their respective organizations if they do not feel this is happening. Please contact GTT Human Resources if you would like to discuss further, as we are always interested in finding ways to improve what we do. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Pros

Remote work is great. Most people really care but aren't allowed to make a difference because of poor upper management direction.

Cons

Company is pretending to offer AI and technology that is a differentiator when it is all vaporware. It isn't real yet sales led by failed Lumen people is being pushed to sell a fake narrative and customers are paying the price with poor performance and incompetent installations. Definitely taking the fake it until you make it approach. Management props up its fellow Lumen managers and pushes down non Lumen people. Competence is punished. Expensive upper management was brought in making it highly bloated and expensive and has forced the company to do quiet layoffs. Those let go are usually older, know the business well, and are very competent but are more expensive. Younger, less talented and cheaper people are left. Forget about presenting facts. They are frowned upon because they don't fit the narrative.
