Snake Oil Sales - Intake "Specialist" GSW CONNECT Employee Review

Have been working with this company since the beginning and management really makes an effort to create a positive environment for the employees even though it is sales. Start up pay is good and you can make more if you perform well. THERE'S CASH BONUSES EVERYDAY! FREE LUNCHES EVERY WEEK! FREE SNACKS EVERY DAY! Yes it is a sales position so you have to perform... I think the person who gave the 1 star review wasn't cut out for dealing with rejection.

Commissions can be higher, but the escalated pay and cash bonuses make up for it

I only worked there for a few weeks and couldn't continue to work there because I didn't have reliable transportation. No car. Casual atmosphere and coworkers were friendsly but I didn't get a chance to talk to everyone. The supervisor was a thousand time better than any other place I have worked for.. like the other reviewer said he walks around with a golf club but it's because he always talks about going golfing not my sport but cool I guess.. I did receive coaching to help me but I couldn't work there any longer cuz I didn't have a car and getting to work was difficult. We got a free lunch every week so that was nice never had that anywhere. I recommend only applying if you like sales or are good with customer service. I think I would have done good if I stayed longer. Most people working there now have been there since they opened. Sounds like the other reviewer was not good at there job and blames everyone else because I spoke with other coworkers and they liked working there.
