      Fast paced job so it keeps you busy. Construction market is booming so there are a lot of bids to get out.

      Cons

      Meeting were horrible. Upper Management decide on what you final price is, then you get yelled at every meeting if the job starts to lose money.

      Pay is not up to par when it comes to stainless steel and aluminum rig welding. They want precision welding for entry level pay
