Pros
The company does have its good points, the benefits were good, most of the people were nice to work with. During the move from Maryland, everyone was over worked and under appreciated for their efforts. There was no where near enough knowledge transfer at that time. Hopefully things have improved.
Dennis Hiller is a great guy to work for and with. He is very fair and very smart with his business decisions.
Cons
There is a lot of OT worked. Nights and weekends are expected regularly. This was true when I was there. Things may have improved in the last few years, this info may be out of date at this time.
