      Great culture, good products, great work-life balance. Strong tenure of employment with high level of intellectual capital. Extremely low turnover.

      Cons

      Moved to a US model which eliminated the retail and account management in favor of a broker. Limited opportunity to move in sales due to low turnover.

      Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

      Cons

      re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
