      - almost impossible to get fired - interesting pool of expertise - international work environment - only large company in the area

      Cons

      - very hierarchical - personal contacts count more than they should in terms of who gets promoted - poor work-life balance

      Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

      Cons

      re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
